Key Accountabilities:
Pursue deepest understanding of business’ commercial goals, talent requirements and operating model to align function for maximum impact. From this:
Develop and deliver high business value recruiting strategy and solutions for all business units in the region: Sales, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Corp Dev, Legal, IT & Customer Operations
- Plan capacity and calibrate recruiting talent to set stage for consistent Hiring Manager experience, Candidate experience and all needed results prioritized to business impact
- Demand excellence of self and team to relentlessly pursue development of skills, knowledge and capabilities that take each individual’s career forward and achieve the same for TA at LinkedIn
- Inspire a shared vision for Transformation of our own function – Show the Future of Recruiting
Use analytics effectively and in novel ways to form insights to educate, influence, change, grow, lead - Pioneer world-class pipelining and content marketing practices to successfully recruit ahead of need
Leverage team, business, and shared resources/staff to position LinkedIn’s Talent Brand & Engagement in EMEA as the definitive leader
Lead the conceptualization and implementation of an unforgettable, "mind-blowing" candidate experience
Advance the LinkedIn interview and evaluation process to achieve the state that others aspire to emulate
Invest in future channels and capabilities- Co-build a University Relations program
- Drive process improvement and efficiencies across all aspects of TA in the region
- Employ workforce planning principles to understand future needs & pipeline smartly
Represent the best of LinkedIn in customer meetings and at broader events
Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a related field and 12 years+ of highly relevant experience. Track record of accomplishments will demonstrate advanced capabilities in thought leadership, innovation, systems thinking & decision making, planning & managing, collaboration, talent development and stakeholder management. Fluency in English is required, previous experience in EMEA region is strongly required.
