General Summary:
Performs administrative support and secretarial duties for a department or group. Prepares correspondence, presentations, and reports. Composes routine correspondence and memoranda. Maintains confidential records and information.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Applies research, information gathering and analytical and interpretation skills to problems of diverse scope.
- Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate complexity.
- Screens, categorizes,evaluates, reconciles, reports and resolves data integrity issues.
2. Interprets generally defined practices and methods.
3. Recognizes and acts on inconsistencies in data or results and escalates unusual problems.
4. Identifies issues beyond stated situation.
5. Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making rcechomicmese, ndations, or decisions.
6. Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters.
7. Involved with local or business specific engagement initiatives in support of broader programs.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Contributes to area by ensuring quality of output.
3. Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects or activities within own area.
4. Can establishes working relationships with others outside area of expertise.
5. Can applies knowledge and understanding of customer needs and other internal/external contacts.
Preferences:
- Expert knowledge of software programs to include Windows and MS Office applications and business unit specific programs.
- Expert knowledge of multi-line phone system.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Solid writing, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to effectively respond to shifting and changing priorities of a complex nature.
