We expect you to:
Lead those around you
- Lead by example while providing recruitment support to the sales organization.
- Coach, mentor and train team members in innovative methods to find the best employees for our company.
- Drive technology, process and teamwork to enhance the recruitment process.
Drive recruitment process
- Proactively recruit passive talent to join the LinkedIn sales team in North America.
- Work with Hiring Managers by providing guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best sales talent for our team.
- Utilize the world’s best recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before.
- Combine technology and process to change recruiting both inside and outside LinkedIn.
Elevate the candidate experience
