Participates in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs



Studies and analyzes positions.



Evaluates positions using established evaluation processes/systems, determines grade/compensation targets and prepares records of the validity of the evaluations.



Participates in compensation surveys.



Prepares compensation reporting as needed.



Administers compensation-related systems.



Answers general questions and interprets policies as appropriate.



Experience, Skills, Academic:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Human Resources)

  • World at Work (or comparable compensation organization)

  • Professional education preferred

  • 2-3 years Compensation Analyst or similar HR or analytical position

  • Strong analytical skills, computer software & systems, specifically excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communications

  • Ability to handle major processes, tasks and issues in implementing and administering associate compensation programs
