Technical with good troubleshooting/log analysis skills as well as Verint Reporting/DB/SQL skills.
Google call center team is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to provide in-house technical support for our on-site, third-party enterprise call recording system. This function is vital in supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting problems on the Verint Impact 360.
Experience with the Verint Impact 360 including
Must have Skills:
Ability to analyze, use structured problem solving and available tools to troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, action plans, impact and resolution options.
Support and propose system enhancements and application rollout to address business requirements or to improve system performance.
Monitor systems and troubleshoot outages. Escalate issues to vendor as needed, and drive to resolution.
Perform routine system updates including code and configuration changes.
