Job Description



Dell Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (DSFG) is looking for a Administrative Analyst to support Customer Invoicing and Customer Chargeback for functions that are typically found in Information Technology Infrastructure accounts. The position supports a large government account providing invoices and back data to the Customer on a monthly basis. The Business Analyst uses multiple systems and tools to gather required data and prepare the invoice and chargeback reports for submission to the Customer for review. On completion of the review, the Business Analyst provides corrections and adjustments for the final invoices files.



The Administrative Analyst works closely with the Account Management Team, Financial Management Team and Customer. Communication skills are very important in this role.



Required Skills



2+ years' experience with Data Extraction from multiple databases

2+ years' customer facing experience

2+ years' experience analyzing data by developing logical criteria

2+ years' experience using Excel Advanced Functions (Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables, VLookups)

2+ years' experience transforming raw data into billable reports

2+ years' experience ITIL Service Management tools, such as Remedy ITSM

2+ years' experience technical/business writing

2+ years' experience with data research - gathering data from multiple sources to reconstruct life-cycle history of billable assets/functions



Desired Skills



Understanding of Information Technology including Security, Data Centers and Administration

Basic Knowledge of GAAP

Experience in the federal government arena

Strong Organizational Skills

Strong Communication Skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Strong attention to detail

Strong research skills



Education



Undergraduate Degree desired



Experience



Typically requires 4 years relevant experience without a Degree or Undergraduate Degree and at least 1 year relevant experience
