Linkedin in seeking for a Business Analyst for our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) organization, that would obtain, assess, report and maintain key business metrics for Helpdesk (HD), Incident Management (IM) and Problem Management (PM) functions.
This IT Business Analyst will be based in Bangalore and will work in partnership with various IT functional teams.
