Strategic Talent Solutions Consultant

The Strategic Talent Solutions Consulting role partners with our global accounts team. Together we support some of the world’s leading organizations. You will be a part of a high performing team in a growing, collaborative and dynamic work environment.



The main objective of this role is to design and execute tailored talent strategies for our customers in order to improve their ability to attract, hire and retain key talent through greater adoption, utilisation and leveraging of LinkedIn suite of products. You will actively engage with our existing customers whilst acting as a change and project manager. You will manage customer success metrics, oversee implementations of products, service delivery and training for our key global customers.



In this role, you will work across multiple cross-functional internal teams and with customer executive level Talent/HR teams. You will take on special projects which will focus on increasing customer engagement and driving adoption of new LinkedIn products.

In this role, you will drive thought leadership both internally and externally.



Main responsibilities:


  • Understand and engage customer talent leadership teams to ensure LinkedIn is an embedded component of their talent function and that they are achieving optimal results and ROI with LinkedIn products and services

  • Provide strategic advice to customers around global leading practice and how to fully optimize their LinkedIn investment

  • Partner with the LinkedIn Sales organisation as well as other key cross-functional teams to lead post-sales implementation and project management activity to ensure complete and successful delivery of LinkedIn products and solutions

  • Utilise LinkedIn, client and other data to derive insights and use these to drive greater customer success with LinkedIn products

  • Take part in pre-sales activities to ensure that prospective LinkedIn clients understand the journey ahead and also to provide leading practice insights

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how LinkedIn can better serve its LinkedIn customers






Our ideal candidate:


  • Proven experience in people & change or talent management consulting, talent acquisition or management operations and/or broader HR management experience in a technologically progressive environment

  • Excellent project management capability. Past experience driving project from discovery and design through delivery and completion

  • Demonstrated ability to drive transformation of talent strategy in complex global organisations

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Business acumen and technical aptitude

  • Experience working in multi-cultural, cross geographic teams

  • Ideally a Bachelor degree; MBA or other graduate degree preferred but not required

  • Personal characteristics: team player, adaptable, curious, consultative, dependable, agile thinking
