Sales Support Sr. Advisor
Overview
Interacting closely with the commercial team, Partners and Distributors as well as cross functionally internally to increase Dell’s coverage, enterprise and positioning as a Solution Provider.
· Oversees the development of Registered, Premier and Preferred partners through strategic account plans and marketing programs to support commercial sales in Colombia and Ecuador.
· Responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with both partners and teammates to produce sales opportunities.
· Works toward mutual goals and objectives across segments (ESG, 1DD, DSG etc) to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits.
· Analyzes market data and region’s performance to identify trends/opportunities, develops strategic direction from market information and creates analysis presentations to determine and follows up on actions.
· Analyzes business opportunities, assesses potential markets, and develops projects for use in new initiatives.
· Provides quarterly financial analyses to the region’s General Manager with potential alliances/partnerships. Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to leadership based on the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success.
· Educates and looks for prospective partners on the merits of the company’s range of products, services skills and expertise.
· Develops account presence by visiting partners quarterly and creating a high added value working relationship.
Qualifications
Requirements
· Bachelors in Industrial Engineering or related careers and masters in Project management/MBA is a plus
· 4+ years of Corporate Sales experience
· Project Management experience/background
· Spoken & Written English and Spanish skills
· Organizational skills, Teamwork, Driven for Results and Customer oriented
Preferences
· 3+ Years of experience with indirect or partner management
