We are looking for a Senior Director, Quality Assurance to lead the global quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for quality of the entire Oracle Hospitality product portfolio serving the Food and Beverage and Hotel markets. You will also be responsible for the global team that develops, applies and maintains quality standards. You will work closely with key stakeholders in Software Development, Sustaining Engineering, Release Management and Product Operations. This role will report to the Oracle Hospitality VP of Software Development.

Job Description

• · You will define our global quality strategy.
• · Responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of existing quality standards.
• · Develop, refine, and enforce QA methodologies and processes in the product lifecycle.
• · Collaborate with development to drive continuous improvements in products and processes.
• · Build a culture of rapid innovation and collaboration, mentoring managers and individual contributors across the organization and build strong bridges with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• · Hire, grow and manage a global team of talented and passionate engineers.
