Until now Dell sold Financing solutions through Partners (GE / CIT). Dell has open a Bank in Western Europe that allows to sell directly Financing Solutions to customers from both Direct and Indirect channels. We are now looking for a Regional Sales manager to lead this business in France.



Principal duties and responsibilities



The Regional Sales Manager for DFS is responsible for leading and managing a team of a Sales Consultants team that sell Financing solutions to new and existing customers. The role is ultimately responsible for achieving the required targets and works collaboratively with the Dell Sales Leaders to develop strategy to take the BU forward.



- Leads the team to meet key deliverables / targets, customer experience, revenue and profitability as required



- Allocates team resources effectively



- Delivers exceptional customer experience in alignment with Dell Standards



- Supports the broader Dell sales process and accompanies team members to coach on approach re client visits



- Manages, monitors and forecast financial metrics for the team



- Takes the lead as an escalation point for issues that impact on delivery and the customer



- Keeps up to date with Dell Financial Services offerings, partner offerings, current industry trends and fully assess the impact on Dell customers and potential customers



- Proactively develops innovative solutions to address customer issues



- Develops integrated account plans involving marketing as required



- Proactively forges strong relationships with equivalents within Dell partners to assist sales in given territory



- Provided leadership to ensure that the Dell Financial Services solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer expectations and meet customer business needs



- Proactively manages individual and team development



- Ensure that the Dell is marketed to highest standards with both partners and external customers



- Provide advice and guidance to more inexperienced team members



- Ensures proposed sales are delivered with the objective of ensuring product quality, fitness for purpose and program delivery



- Ensures implementation of strategic DFS EMEA initiatives and programs with their areas of responsibility
