Responsibilities:

• Assist 3rd-party developers to troubleshoot their integration with Salesforce.com APIs and implementation of other Salesforce.com developer products. This will involve debugging, troubleshooting, and taking responsibility to see that the issue is fully resolved.

• Write sample code as needed.

• Provide feature explanation and coding best practices.

• Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency while also empowering and enabling the developer community.



Minimum Requirements:

• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems of related field AND within 12 months of graduation

• Available to start full-time in January 2015

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively

• Strong background and solid understanding of object-oriented concepts and languages

• Knowledge of browser compatibility issues

• Extreme attention to detail, you will be dealing with case that require focus and good judgment

• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required

• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management

• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure

• Solid understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.

• Understanding or experience with internet security concepts

• Understanding and experience reading/writing HTM

• Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL.

• Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise



Desired Skills:

• Experience and/or interest in building web-based applications with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one programming language, such as Java, .NET, or PHP

• Experience and/or interest in writing and debugging Apex and Visualforce or Dev 401 and Dev 501 certifications

• Experience working with the Salesforce application or ADM 201 certification

• Understanding of REST and SOAP web-based services, with a working knowledge of WSDL interpretation, generation, and consumption

• Experience and/or interest in writing and debugging Apex and Visualforce or Dev 401 and Dev 501 certifications

• Experience working with the Salesforce application or ADM 201 certification
