Job Description
Manage all facets of individual workplace projects including budget and schedule, programming, design, construction, and close out. Demonstrate capability to read, understand and apply standard to complex documents affecting workplace projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.Interface directly with business and workplace leadership to define project requirements. Establishes project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, schedule & milestones, and risk identification.
Leads project team by providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Communicates and seeks approval of project concept, drawings, and finishes at several stages of development to keep peers and internal customers informed of progress.Assesses change management needs of designs and products in projects and leads data driven exchange of knowledge to reduce business interruption.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a related area of study.
- 8+ years related experience and/or training
- Ability to motivate, persuade, and lead a team effort toward the goals of the project
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret leases, contracts, architectural drawings, engineering plans, and product specifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles, as well as ability to forecast and prepare budgets.
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions.
- Ability to respond effectively and negotiate a high paced and collaborative environment.
- Knowledge in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite
- Travel domestically and internationally to personally manage relationships and oversee projects to ensure on time completion. Note: Up to 30% of time.
