Position: Partner Account Executive (Native Mandarin-speaking) - BASED IN SINGAPORE
Responsible for driving existing and incremental business through Premier value-added reseller partner(s). The focus of this role will be to work with our partners in Southern China and must have native level fluency in Mandarin and fluency in English.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS POSITION IS BASED IN SINGAPORE. YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY RESIDING IN SINGAPORE OR PREPARED TO RELOCATE HERE WITHIN 30-45 DAYS OF ACCEPTING AN OFFER. WE WILL ASSIST WITH THE COST ASSOCIATED WTIH RELOCATION.
Responsibilities:
- Attain annual license subscriptions sales quota through reseller(s), as well as ensure reseller(s) delivers high quality consulting/SI services and other programs to meet annual goals for customer subscriptions renewal.
- Work with resources in both Salesforce and our partners to develop and execute agreed business development plans which will include training/education, pipeline generation activities, and development of joint offerings.
- Provide a consistent contractual and business environment for our partners.
- Provide consistent partner management to ensure that reseller(s) are developing their sales, pre sales and delivery capabilities in line with Salesforce strategy.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and alliances management to design partner go-to-market plan and drive execution of related activities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the following areas: channel sales, channel account management, marketing, business development or sales, of which a minimum of 3 years must be working as a channel manager.
- Experience working with customers in Southern China market.
- Experience with creating differentiated and successful channel account management plans and relationships with partners.
- Experience working with enterprise application resellers.
- Demonstrated ability to drive significant increase in revenue through reseller partnerships.
- Ability to create credible business cases highlighting revenue growth opportunities.
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including senior level executives, legal, finance, support, sales and marketing experts.
- You must be comfortable with complexity, and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrates use of critical thinking techniques.
- You must be able to negotiate skillfully in tough situations: can gain concessions without damaging the relationship; has a "win-win" philosophy.
- Ability to influence functional groups to a shared vision.
- Highly motivated and independent contributor.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Native level fluency in Mandarin and fluency in English is required.
