BPO Sales Specialist - U.S. Remote

Role Responsibilities

- Drive business growth (pipeline creation and demand management) for the BPO Practice and perform pre-sales solution function.

- Lead and own end-to-end RFI/RFP proposal entailing solution, scope document, risk profile, legal and corresponding financials.

- Provide domain BPO support for due diligence and workshops for prospective customers.

- Collaborate with vertical sales teams to draw out sales strategy blueprint for new logos and existing customers.

- Constructs risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution proposals. Timely submission of proposal, often under tight deadlines.

- Compose applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution.

- Supports deal negotiation and closure to include transition support to service delivery.

- Follow all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables.

- Participates in applicable win-loss reviews and incorporates learning’s into future solutions.



QualificationsRequirements

- 8 plus years’ experience in business development and/or solution architect role with 5 plus years’ experience in BPO

- Past experience in selling multi-year contact center and back office contracts

- Deep understanding of B2C/B2B models and how to apply to customer's business.

- Prior experience with staffing services deals will be an advantage

- Ability to network with CxO’s

- Possess an understanding of BPO delivery models and standard SLA’s.

- Excellent presentation, communication skills and customer engagement experience.

- Experience with RFP/Tenders containing BPO requirement and specifications.

- Bachelors Degree



Preferences

- MBA a plus.
