Be an integral part of the Treasury team with focus on corporate finance activities including cash forecast, capital market transactions, liquidity management, capital structure/allocation, bank credit relationships and other related activities. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive and detail oriented who is interested in developing forecasting models to provide financial and strategic insights. Additionally, you are interested in understanding capital market activities.
Job
- Assist in monthly consolidation and analysis of divisional cash flow forecasts and creating corporate cash flow forecasts
- Reconcile monthly cash flows to global cash position
- Prepare monthly and quarterly compliance and reconciliation reports
- Help develop next generation balance sheet, capital and liquidity financial models
- Develop understanding of the rating agency ratios and methodologies along with peer analysis
- Assist with capital markets transactions/analyses including debt issuance, interest rate swaps and related activities
- Monitor existing debt issuances as well as covenant compliance and interest expense forecasting
- Drive reporting & forecasting process improvement and scalability through the automation of data reporting via global treasury management systems (TMS)
- Work in partnership with FP&A to prepare long range financial plans to assess liquidity and capital structure in conjunction with M&A and capital expenditures activities
- Cross-functional work with treasury, accounting, tax, FP&A, investor relations and legal
- Provides technical and analytical support to senior members of Treasury function
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects related to treasury
Experience/Skills Required:
The successful candidate for this team will have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changes working for a fast-growing company while maintaining trust and accuracy.
- Bachelors in accounting, finance or economics
- 3 – 5+ years of work experience in finance or business
- Knowledge of finance and accounting; Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- SaaS industry experience a plus
- Hyperion, Treasury Management Systems and Essbase a plus
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Superb work ethic and integrity – enthusiastic, self-starter and proactive
- Team player, able to work collaboratively within the group and across divisions & functions and as well as work as an independent member.
