Please note this is an 11 month fixed term contract



As a member of the talent acquisition team you are responsible for:

• Hire top talent at all levels across EMEA


• Passive and data driven recruiting


• Interview and Assessment, plus leading initiatives to continue driving a fantastic candidate experience through the LinkedIn model of hiring


• Talent Pipeline


• Engaging with talent and the business in a commercial, consulting manner


• Being a subject matter expert and of course LinkedIn product expert


• Maintaining competitive and market intelligence


• Changing the future of recruiting!

Your profile:

• Proven track record of success as a corporate recruiter preferably with experience of sourcing in at least one of the following areas: Finance /Operations/ HR /Sales across EMEA.


• Direct sourcing experience using the Corporate LinkedIn Recruiter tool


• Recruiter that thinks like a marketer


• Extremely passionate about hiring superstars for your organization


• Ability to coach your business areas on latest Talent Acquisition thinking and best practices


• Fluency in English is a must, with a second European language a distinct advantage
