Campaign Manager (French speaking)
Primary objective:
You will contribute to LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions growth and success by partnering with LinkedIn sales teams, providing them with outstanding service and support as well as strategic insights on our products and site, in particular on our targeting capabilities and optimisation.You will deliver successful advertising campaigns against client objectives and revenue forecasts, and provide the best possible service by fostering relationships with both internal and external clients. Focus on key areas: Delivery, Service, and Quality.
- During the first 30 days, learn about the structure of the business, the team and the critical importance of the success of Advertising Operations within Marketing Solutions, understand the product and site functionality, meet with all of the Sales Teams that you support to develop an understanding of their roles, issues, and expectations
- Independently coordinate the delivery 100% of a campaign by the end of 2nd full month (60 days)
- After 3 months be able to juggle multiple campaigns at the same time and turn majority of them around within established SLA’s constantly striving for improved efficiency
- Successfully plan, coordinate execution and monitor complex campaigns in partnership with assigned sales teams from start to end (the full life cycle of a campaign) (6 months)
- Influence processes, manage complex campaigns & targeting, providing solutions to limitations, create and run additional projects with minimum supervision, providing training to new members in Ad Operations and Sales
- Gain deep knowledge of different types of creatives, including flash, 3rd party advertising tags (Mediamind, Mediaplex, Atlas, Doubleclick) and content ads; become a proficient user of the LinkedIn suite of systems including Salesforce, Dart, Microstrategy and any other in-house developments
- Act as an advisor on analytical aspects utilizing knowledge of Dart, Microstrategy and in-house reporting tools
- Effectively manage relationships with clients by understanding client needs and presenting best advertising solutions to match their needs
- Maintain excellent satisfaction scores (>4.0 out of 5) from internal clients by effectively managing expectations with multiple demanding stakeholder

Requirements:
- 3 years minimum of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Understanding of ad-serving technologies, particularly DART for Publishers (DFP)
- Understanding of order entry platforms, preferably DART Sales Manager (DSM)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to interact comfortably with both clients and other internal departments
- Knowledge of 3rd party advertising tags (Eyeblaster, Mediaplex, Atlas, and Doubleclick)
- The ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision
- Degree level of education essential, preferably in relevant field
- English essential, fluency in French required
