Recruitment Product Consultant

LinkedIn is looking for a world-class Product Consultant to become an integral part of the Talent Solutions organization. The Recruitment Product Consultant (RPC) serves as a key project manager for complex implementations of products, services and training for LinkedIn customers. In this role, you will work across LinkedIn expert teams and with customer talent acquisition teams to coordinate all post-sale implementation activities. In addition to being on the front lines of product and service delivery, this position will also take on special projects geared to increasing customer engagement in existing accounts, and driving adoption of new LinkedIn products within new and existing accounts.



Responsibilities:


  • Increase usage and client engagement. Educate clients on the value they can generate from their current LinkedIn Corporate Products via a thorough on-boarding process that includes training, consulting and regular communication about product features.

  • Encourage clients to utilize appropriate LinkedIn resources (i.e., community, forums, training, Professional Services engagements, user conferences, workshops, etc.) to increase their utilization of LinkedIn products.

  • Deliver group and individual user information and training sessions about LI products, industry benchmarking and best practices.

  • Monitor usage, proactively contact clients upon low usage and deliver coaching/training to improve their utilization.

  • Increase retention through being a client partner in maximizing the benefits of their investment with LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

  • Utilize LinkedIn, client and other data to derive insights and use these to drive greater customer engagement with LinkedIn products. Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how LinkedIn can better serve its LinkedIn customers.




Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Experience with Social Media Recruiting and LI Recruiter highly desired.

  • Significant commercial experience in corporate recruiting.

  • Experience with developing and delivering onsite training and webinars.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of the following areas:


- Business Analytics

- Social Network Recruiting

- Project / Change Management

- Product / Systems Integration and Rollout

- Business and/ or Recruitment Process Outsourcing

- Consulting: Process optimization, change management, RoI assessment etc


  • Excellent organization, project management and time management skills.

  • Ability to effectively present to large remote audiences.

  • Ambitious and driven, thriving in fast-paced and demanding environment.

  • Willingness to ‘roll up one’s sleeves’ and assist wherever needed.

  • Strong Microsoft Office capabilities: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience is preferred.

  • About 25% travel.
