Responsibility:
- Understand Organization Vision and functional requirements
- Lead delivery of end to end technical aspects of ServiceNow instance
- Advice and assist functional/process teams on ServiceNow ITSM modules and platform capabilities
- Play a key role in designing high performance ServiceNow Best practice instance from scratch with a user base exceeding 1,000,000 users
- Assist in establishing ServiceNow development standards
- Assist in developing integration architecture
- Ensure that application architecture meets policies, principles, and standards
- Play a key role in freezing technical requirements
- Work closely Architects and developers on designing and developing ServiceNow instance as per technical requirements
- Mentor developers
QualificationsDesired Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in application design, development and implementation
- 3 Years of experience in Service-Now CMDB & Process related implementations
- Experience on leading teams on at least two successful ITSM implementation end to end
- Expertise in JavaScript programming
- Hands On experience on JSON, JQuery, HTML, XML, AJAX
- Integration experience using REST, SOAP Web Services and other methodologies
- Working Knowledge of Java, J2EE
- Hands on experience on ACLs,Workflows, Client Scripts, Business rules, UI actions, UI policies, Data Policies, Script Includes, UI Macros, UI Pages, Glide, Web Services, CMS and other coding options in ServiceNow
- Experience in configuration of various modules
- Experience with ServiceNow Domain implementations a huge plus
- Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Discovery a huge plus
- Experience with using BDNA for CMDB implementations a plus
- ServiceNow and ITIL certifications desired
