Dublin Sector Leader, LCS (UK/Ireland) Online Sales

With a rapidly growing array of sales teams, it's important to have seasoned, charismatic leaders to guide our client sales teams. As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.
As a key partner to the London Sector Director, you will support the design and execution of the strategy. You will be responsible for driving business (incremental), solution implementation and delivering superior customer performance.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for managing business (incremental) across the team to help hit quarterly quotas.
- Support Sector Director and Operations in devising a seamless operational rhythm; Support quarterly bottom up and sector planning deliverables.
- Lead and coach team of managers to maximize performance and impact; Create team stability and reduce attrition.
- Develop team digital marketing expertise; Identify training needs and coordinate with L&D to close the gaps.
- Coordinate and find new ways to use Shared Services teams to free up LCS resources.
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in sales management.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience from the online sector.
- Project management experience and/or proven ability to deliver across a variety of teams.
- Proven track record of success in sales management.
