Business Leadership Program – Associate Program Manager (Marketing & Operations Track)
LinkedIn is looking for a dynamic program manager to help scale the company’s North America new college graduate Business Leadership Program (“BLP”) designed to recruit and develop LinkedIn’s future leadership. The Marketing and Operations Track is new in 2015 and this Associate PM will help launch and refine our newest track.
This role will partner closely with the Head of the Business Leadership Program for North America to define the future state of the program design and timeline. The Associate PM will help drive business planning activities, develop a key stakeholder map, and build and execute against a communications plan. The candidate will partner cross functionally to create career paths into all roles within LinkedIn’s Global Sales Organization.
The candidate must demonstrate skills related to building business capability, with a strong sense of how to create and manage programs, and a robust ability to design and implement processes and metrics. This person must also be accustomed to interacting with senior Sales leadership, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Finally, this person should excel at building trust, and providing mentorship for Associates in the program. This role is a potential stepping stone towards Program Manager positions supporting BLP or other functions.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the operational elements of the Marketing and Operations Track including pre-hire communications, two week inspirational onboarding session called “Induction”, and oversight during core rotations
- Partner closely with Recruiting on building out and executing our strategy regarding how we will find, attract and develop world class new college grad talent
- Design and implement an entry-level training roadmap/program that will scale globally
- Inspire people to become business leaders, and create an environment that creates lasting bonds
- Build cross-functional relationships and rotations that help talent successfully flow throughout the organization
- Oversees and approves special projects designed at improving the Business Leadership Program
- Expands existing undergraduate intern program to more comprehensively connect Interns with the Business Leadership Program throughout their internship
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in Management Consulting, Sales, Rotational Programs or Sales Effectiveness
- First class presentation, communication, planning, operational and leadership skills
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
- Experience with training methodologies and processes is a plus
Location:
- San Francisco
- Typically 1 day per week in South Bay
