Senior SharePoint Software Development Specialist - US Remote with 50% travel
The technical architecture is responsible for managing the delivery of software development services to the customer in offshore-onshore model.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and recommendations to the customer
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Manage development team resources
- Estimate development tasks
- Coordinate and fulfil the completion of development tasks in a timely manner and according to specification
- Promote and follow established practices and processes
- Respond to assigned issues and action items appropriately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate the timely resolution of QA and UAT defects
- Monitor and report development progress to the project manager and the customer
- Track and resolve technical issues
- Participate in proposal and solutioning activity with pre-sales
QualificationsRequirements
- Undergraduate degree and 6+ years, or Graduate degree and 4+ years of SharePoint development experience
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise scale solutions
- Extensive experience in sharepoint upgradation and customization
- Experience of content migration from non-sharepoint platforms to sharepoint
- Ability to understand the business requirements and provide a solution using both OOTB as well as customized components
- Extensive experience working in an application development role, ideally with some lead experience
- Experience developing application solutions with SharePoint 2010 and 2013
Preferences
- Strong SharePoint Out of Box and Custom Development experience building web parts, custom master page and workflows etc
- Experience in installing and setting up a SharePoint environment
- Virtualization using Hyper-V or VMWare
- Database Design & programming
- SSRS & SSRM
