Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.



You will be responsible for building and developing our mobile web and apps business (across DFP (DoubleClick for Publishers) and AdX (DoubleClick Ad Exchange)). To do this you will be expected to have in depth knowledge of the mobile industry and its advertising landscape, ideally with particular expertise across DoubleClick for Publisher products, AdMob and its competitors.



You will be working both internally and externally to promote Google’s mobile advertising solutions for large partners. You are a personal, proactive and organized individual, willing or used to acting autonomously in an appropriate manner, and able to execute collaboratively across Google’s functional and regional teams.



Responsibilities


  • Drive the overall commercialization of publisher mobile advertising products for Google´s largest partners in the Americas by creating high-level strategies as well as providing hands-on support.

  • Provide expert guidance for both internal Google teams and external clients about mobile (apps and mweb) advertising concepts, trends and market landscape.

  • Empower the sales team via training on new and existing features, coaching of product use and collaborative partner promotion.

  • Consult with internal and external teams on mobile apps yield management best practice and optimization.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to develop mobile product vision across DFP, AdX and AdMob, and drive strategic product initiatives relevant to the Americas region.





  • Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of project management, marketing, sales, consulting, or business development experience.





  • Preferred qualifications

  • Strong experience with publishers and ad networks across ad operations and sales teams within the online advertising market.

  • Strong presentation skills, excellent abilities for communication and driving decisions as well as proven experience working with others to close complex contracts.

  • Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a fast-paced ambiguous environment

  • Strong analytical ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management both in the sales and product organizations.
