The Global Payroll team builds and maintains the foundation components for the Payroll capability across multiple country extensions.

Key Components and Functionality Include

• Support for regular payroll processing


• Support for Deduction and Costing capabilities


• Provide a suite of global Reporting templates


• Integration with Absence and Timecard functionality

Additionally, this role will be supporting the entire HCM operations in Suzhou CDC. The responsibilities include:

• Manage Recruiting


• Support Training activities


• Ensure that all teams have their development envs available, such as VMs


• Support and encourage team building activities


• Ensure high productivity across all teams


• Conduct budget and bonus reviews
