HR Training Coordinator

- Identify training priorities in line with Oracle strategy
- Guarantee the compliance with training legal requirements (consultations, documentations, calendar) & training commitments in collective agreement (GPEC)
- Optimize & automate training process
- Write the specifications to develop a training ERP and work with development team to test it
- Drawing up the training plan & ensure its implementation
- Work closely with internal global services who are in charge of developing training courses to optimize the training plan and comply with legal obligations
- Meet, select external providers (training organizations, consulting firms) based on educational requirements of the training plan and evaluate them
- Develop French training offer
- Support HR Team to advise employees, managers, to ensure the compliance of training requests with the training plan & training strategy, to manage training administration
- Managing budgets:
- Monitor the annual or multi-year training budget in relation to training plan and GPEC
- Negotiate with external suppliers
- Work closely with Fafiec to prepare applications for funding and track them
