  • Identify training priorities in line with Oracle strategy

  • Guarantee the compliance with training legal requirements (consultations, documentations, calendar) & training commitments in collective agreement (GPEC)

  • Optimize & automate training process

  • Write the specifications to develop a training ERP and work with development team to test it

  • Drawing up the training plan & ensure its implementation

  • Work closely with internal global services who are in charge of developing training courses to optimize the training plan and comply with legal obligations

  • Meet, select external providers (training organizations, consulting firms) based on educational requirements of the training plan and evaluate them

  • Develop French training offer

  • Support HR Team to advise employees, managers, to ensure the compliance of training requests with the training plan & training strategy, to manage training administration

  • Managing budgets:



    • Monitor the annual or multi-year training budget in relation to training plan and GPEC

    • Negotiate with external suppliers

    • Work closely with Fafiec to prepare applications for funding and track them
