Job Description



ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



1. Client Management and Support: Develop and maintain relationships with large clients ensuring that all SLAs and agreed upon expectations are understood and consistently met. Responsible for resolution of client issues. May be sole account manager for some large clients. Responsible for client pricing, product options, package set up and initial selection, decision matrix maintenance and set up and client retention. Establishes criteria for report delivery. (Manager/Supervisor) Provide all client support via phone.



2. Staff Management: Responsible for all staffing decisions and performance management of Service Team. Also responsible for performance of one or more functional groups. Provides input to other Service Team Managers regarding associate performance from functional perspective.(Manager/Supervisor)



3. Report Fulfillment: Responsible for accuracy of report fulfillment including knowledge of all product guidelines and processes.



4. Legal: Applies considerable knowledge of state compliance/FCRA/Basic Legal terminology and process when completing client reports. Prepares reports compliant with all legal standards.



5. Shared responsibility for client metrics -- ensuring that all service level agreements are met



6. Responsible for all client support including phone support and participating in client calls as needed.



7. Researches legal/compliance/vendor questions utilizing research tools.



8. Assists with client and appt dispute resolution.



Functional Responsibility: Perform complex report fulfillment including client specific models/SLAs, complex county records. Assist new associates as appropriate. Works with multiple product sets. Handle complex client support.



Level of Supervision Received: Direct Supervision



Contact (Internal & External): External- Reference contacts, Appts, Clients; Internal: Solution Center, Account Management



Experience: 1-2 years of experience in SASS Operations/ Service or similar



Education: High School



Work Environment/Physical/Mental Demands: Indoor, office environment. No unusual environmental conditions or Physical/Mental demands.
