Description:
As an Accounts Receivable Supervisor,you will oversee a team of Accounts Receivable Analysts and engage with our talented and fast-moving Sales organization in support of the order to cash cycle for all of our business lines.You will be the face of LinkedIn to our customers and are entrusted to delight them through your interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership of daily operations within the Accounts Receivable team
- Serve as an escalation point for our business partners
- Oversee and maintain the accuracy of Oracle customer master database
- Process invoices, credit memos and debit memos in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify, develop and implement projects that streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Prepare and maintain desktop document procedures for all tasks
- Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience dealing with transactional details is required
- Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is required
- Strong leadership, business partnering and people management skills are required
- Internet advertising experience is a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. PivotTable and VLOOKUP) is a plus
