Job holder will be reponsible for managing the human resources in the plant and should be able to Initiate change, should be able to handle issues in the plant, Ensuring availability of manpower as per business plan, Improve skill and competency levels of employees through structured interventions, Handle monthly salary payments including paying and reporting statutory payments such as PF, ESIC, Plan and impart training for employees, Maintain discipline at the plant and take disciplinary action where necessary, Implement employee engagement initiatives, Conduct employee opinion surveys and initiate corrective actions, Ensure statutory and safety compliance.
