The role of the Customer Success Product Management intern is to help define the Enterprise Segment Buyer Personas. This includes ramping on the research available from the different cloud marketing teams and then overseeing new research as necessary to flesh out the key personas (by industry segment) and their unique needs. This work will help inform both the value prop development and messaging for this segment and enable our product management and marketing teams to better target our solutions to these key buyers.
Responsibilities:
· Review current research and help frame research agenda to build insights about each persona
· Assist in the creation of unique buyer personas
· Organize a library of persona “profiles” with key needs articulated clearly
· Help align current product offerings/messaging with key needs
· Connect with Product and Marketing teams regularly and provide updates on new personas and materials
Desired Skills / Experience:
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once
· BS or working towards a degree with focus in marketing and/or research
· Familiarity with Salesforce.com
· Must be creative
