The Dell Global Sales Operations (GSO) organization is looking for skilled, creative and effective MBA graduates for a role supporting global efforts in a variety of focus areas including:



Ø Customer Experience and Growth

Ø Sales Enablement and Transformation

Ø Fulfillment

Ø Performance and Analytics



In addition, you will be a part of a one-year career development program designed to provide participants with visibility/networking with managers and executives, career development planning, soft skill training, leadership development workshops, and a robust feedback/performance review process.



Role Responsibilities

  • Developing project plans/schedules, defining project execution requirements, managing communications and reporting project status

  • Manage appropriate level of communication based on audience, set & manage expectations with stakeholders, facilitate & drive project meetings, and become a trusted advisor at team level across projects

  • Raise accountability, escalate issues in a timely manner, and resolve issues, dependencies and conflicts

  • Work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles

  • Partner with various organizations to ensure alignment

  • Responsible for achieving project objectives and managing delivery resources while maintaining a strong sense of urgency






Qualifications :


Requirements

· Strong global project management & operational skills

· Advanced organizing, analytical, problem solving, negotiation and planning skills

· Experienced priority setting skill with strong initiative and delegation skills

· Ability to communicate clearly, effectively both written and verbal with cross functional teams

· Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a cross functional project team

· Strong drive for results; Business and financial acumen

· Ability to summarize and present information in a concise and clear manner for executive review and approval

· Ability to lead and influence large programs team

· Demonstrated sales and sales operations experience preferred

· Very strong ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for results

  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments

  • The candidate must have excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Presentation skills

  • Masters/MBA; PMP or Six sigma certification preferred but not required
