To effectively partner with our clients, we are looking for talented professionals who are passionate about the future of social media, experienced strategic thinkers and team players. We are currently seeking a Solutions Consultant who will be an advisor to drive our integrated product solution, partnering with our sales team and advising our corporate clients about the transformational benefits of social media.
Successful consultants partner closely with our sales team to provide strategic guidance, understanding of our clients’ objectives and challenges in order to implement integrated solutions within our ecosystem. We believe the right people can have a huge impact on our business; in return we are able to provide career changing opportunities.
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone to be based in Bangalore with the following areas of experience:
- Employer branding experience is favourable; we would also consider individuals from other marketing / advertising / communications disciplines
- Ability to strategically recommend a solution based on an identified business problem and deep understanding of the target market
- Analytical skills when reviewing digital marketing campaigns
- A desire to be seen as a branding thought leader, sharing information locally and globally.
- Ability to coach, train and improve the knowledge of those within your team and other divisions
- A passion for LinkedIn and the ability to articulate the holistic value proposition we offer our members
- Preparedness to influence non marketing professionals and implement social media solutions using LinkedIn - transforming the way orgnaisations attract and retain talent
