Responsibilities


  • Understand the business needs of client portfolios and consult to the business about the most appropriate hiring strategy for individual roles and job families.

  • Manage the end-to-end staffing process to bring in quality talent - including sourcing and assessing candidates, ensuring interviews fairly evaluate candidates, representing candidates through the process, and managing the offer approval, extension and acceptance.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of passive and active candidates, for specific roles and future potential roles, utilizing market knowledge and networks.

  • Contribute to staffing and cross-functional projects which improve our processes, decision making and strategic outcomes.

  • Drive a high quality and efficient core experience for external and internal candidates, hiring managers, internal employee referees and other internal stakeholders. Ensure hiring manager and teams are prepared during the interview process and that interviews are conducted in an efficient and professional manner.





  • Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.





  • Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in managing clients and multiple stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally across organizations.

  • Demonstrated achievement of business outcomes, through driving insight from data, anticipating business needs, and participating in projects.

  • Demonstrated strong talent acquisition system skills; and proficiency in spreadsheet and documents.

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills delivered in a responsive and diplomatic manner.
