Marketing Manager, Search & Staffing EMEA, SMB & Emerging Markets
Job description
This position will be responsible for defining and executing the SMB and Emerging Markets marketing strategy for the fast growing Search and Staffing segment of LinkedIn Talent Solutions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He or she will be a passionate, results-driven leader with a strong experience as Marketing leader in Enterprise Services/Software and/or Recruiting Organisation, building a large, loyal and engaged customer base and actively supporting the sales team through lead gen activities.
This is a very hands-on role and the successful candidate would need to establish credibility with the sales team and marketing organisations through their marketing expertise, industry knowledge, communication skills as well as leadership and vision.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Defining the overall demand generation strategy and go-to-market plan for the assigned segment to meet leads, touches and revenue goals.
- Managing a portfolio of inbound and outbound marketing programs along the marketing & sales funnel and the customer life-cycle.
- Aligning with Search and Staffing sales executives, product marketing, business analytics, and alliance partners to establish priorities and plans.
- Enabling the field teams to best sell by providing appropriate sales collateral, tools, promotions, and insights
- Leveraging marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com) to track and optimise campaign effectiveness and lead performance.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across EMEA.
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of all aspects of enterprise marketing including in-depth expertise of buyer and customer lifecycle management, e.g. segmentation and targeting, demand gen, nurturing, retention, upsell, performance tracking and predictive analytics
- Strong leader whose opinion is widely sought and respected. Solid project management and communications skills that can bring together people to achieve great things in a matrix, international environment
- Deep understanding of the market environment and ability to glean key quantitative and qualitative insights from customer interaction and data analysis that will be built into marketing campaigns
- Strategic agility, passion and drive. Proven innovation and creativity in marketing program development
- Recognized team player, keen on corporate alignment and clearly defined objectives
