ADP is hiring a Marketing Analyst. In this position you will utilize ADP's proprietary CRM database and various external resources to analyze, track and support all direct marketing campaign activities. Generate ad-hoc reports, and other insights into customer sales information. Track and report ROI on a quarterly basis for all lead generation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly reporting of all marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Quarterly reporting of ROI from Finance's OPS report for all lead generation activities.
- Analyze metrics and data to generate ad-hoc reports.
- Communicate those results to management.
- Develop and generate list segmentation and manage campaign databases for all lead generation marketing programs.
- Clear understanding of business needs and business requirements.
- Meet with multi-functional teams for primary purpose of identifying information and data needs.
- Ensure leads are entered and tracked effectively.
- This position will utilize ADP's proprietary CRM database and various external resources to analyze, track and support all direct marketing campaign activities.
- Generate ad-hoc reports, and other insights into customer sales information.
- Track and report ROI on a quarterly basis for all lead generation activities.
- The Marketing Analyst position will be measured against the timeliness of the ROI reports on a quarterly basis.
- The position will have an impact on the quality of data that is collected and stored in our CRM database with frequent updates/deduppings, and scrubbing of the data.
- The result will be efficient and more effective marketing campaigns targeting the correct audience, contact person, and location, thus reducing the number of "undeliverables" our marketing efforts currently receive.
- Will affect the operating budget by reducing the number of general direct mailings to more targeted efforts.
- Determine key data points required for targeted campaigns.
- Determine what information is necessary to compile in order to generate meaningful reports.
- Determine whether all of the necessary records are available and the quality of those records.
- Purging and scrubbing records to obtain statistically accurate information.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing or Business or 9 years of related industry experience
- 3-5 years of database management experience.
