The Customer Advocacy Product Marketing Manager is a strategic position responsible for creating and implementing a variety of programs for increasing Expansion and Renewal subscriptions of current and future Oracle Analytics Cloud services.

 

This is a highly analytical position that combines strategy and execution responsibilities worldwide. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build a content strategy and a portfolio of Influence and Direct marketing programs for increasing Expansion and Renewal cloud subscriptions.
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance a Churn Propensity Model
  • Continuously monitor, interpret, and /or report related data to internal and external stakeholders, including customer successes.
  • Build a community of Oracle Analytics Cloud customer advocates based on strong and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain and nurture a portfolio of advocate customers and story-tellers in coordination with Global Customer Programs (GCP) and Product Management-Development.
  • Enable customers’ advocates to advance their careers through speaking opportunities and other thought leadership and testimonial public communications.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to create, leverage, and promote Customer Advocate assets (case studies, videos, podcasts, social media).
