Manager, Talent Brand Media Strategy - Global Accounts and LATAM, Talent Solutions
Primary Objective: To build and support a world class team of Account Managers who partner with our North American Global Accounts and a develop a team of Media and Brand consultants to support our growing Latin American business. The team’s responsibilities are to ensure customer success and drive media campaign renewals on the LinkedIn platform by offering strategic guidance and delivering world class service to our clients and sales team. In LATAM, the team will drive the media growth strategy.
In this role, you will identify and drive key priorities to grow, support and scale our media and new product businesses, build the campaign renewal capacity of the Account Manager team, and provide transformational career opportunities to the members of the team.
Leadership:
  • Inspire a team of Account Managers to do their best work; provide the development, coaching, and exposure to prepare everyone for the next step in their career within 12-24 months on the job
  • Drive product strategy for an emerging market
  • Able to effectively build and lead a high-performing team that is constantly growing and holds a very high standard in everything they do
  • Leads compassionately and is not afraid to call out mediocre behavior from team members, stakeholders or vendors alike
  • Effectively drive initiatives from beginning to end for the account management business, involving and leading cross-functional teams and experts in the field as necessary to achieve results
  • Maintain a high employee Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Leverage:
  • Identify priorities to standardize and scale the execution, reporting, and optimization of our media products, as well as required resources and key metrics to track results
  • Manage metrics and dashboards to monitor our business and identify trends, strengths, and gaps
  • Identify and implement new systems or processes to increase the utilization of media and new products, and ultimately drive their renewal
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to find efficiencies and improve workflow processes; leading to improved service for our internal and external customers
  • Create an onboarding process for new team members to reduce their ramp time and improve their experience
  • Drive initiatives to improve education and awareness of media products and how they work for our cross functional teams and sales partners
  • Influence product enhancements and new product roll outs, collaborating closely with marketing, product and other cross functional teams
Results:
  • Decrease churn, improve utilization, and increase performance of media and new products among LinkedIn’s corporate clients leading to high renewal rates, larger deal sizes and increased retention of enterprise accounts
  • Represent LinkedIn’s solutions team at senior client meetings and industry events
  • Refine Account Manager success metrics and deliver business reviews to leadership team
  • Drive renewal of media campaigns, thereby supporting achievement of overall media revenue targets

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong operational expertise and process orientation
  • Project management or consulting experience strongly desired; experience in Ad Operations, Online Media, and/or product management a plus
  • Proven ability to partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and influence successfully across organizational boundaries
  • Team management experience with practice in development and coaching, ideally also with remote team management experience, a plus
  • Strong ability to derive insight from data and build actionable strategy based on analysis
  • Passion for leadership through inspiration and managerial excellence
  • Self-starter and flexible leader who can thrive in a very fast paced business
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and drive initiatives to positively impact the business
