Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Responsibilities
  • Provide business, marketing and operational strategies, business growth management, business operations and thought leadership.
  • Develop strategy and plans to grow the business and facilitate cross functional collaboration to ensure smooth and successful execution.
  • Develop key strategic relationships with clients and within the industry.
  • Hire, train, mentor and lead other managers; communicate best practices to direct reports.
  • Provide industry guidance and expertise to teams on the dynamics, trends and best practices in the region/industry.


Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of combined experience in technology, advertising, management and consulting.


Preferred qualifications
  • Proven record of effective sales/operations management and strategic planning; ability to serve in a variety of leadership; experience interacting with government agencies.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and leadership skills; people management experience managing large teams and operations.
  • Deep cross-functional knowledge of sales and operations.
  • Strong, established and recognized presence in a regional marketplace with an extensive list of relationships and contacts.
  • Forward-looking vision to drive business growth to meet Google's business objectives; act as a key spokesperson for Google in Vietnam communicating a commercial strategy tailored to the market while implementing Google's corporate vision.
