About the Position:
The Manager will have global responsibility for capacity planning and executing the quota setting process for the core sales team. S/he will partner cross-functionally with Global Sales Strategy, Sales Management, Finance, Employee Success, and the Sales Compensation teams. The selected candidate will serve as the key point of contact for Sales Management for all things quota-related, including quarterly sales performance reviews and sales organizational changes. The ideal candidate must possess the right combination of innovative analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support coverage models, fiscal planning, GTM strategy, sales resource/investment decisions, and quota recommendations.
  • Synthesize findings, storyboard & craft presentations, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Capacity planning - build sales capacity models, including TBH forecasting, for Sales Teams WW and Sales Specialists.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to drive quota setting process.
  • Provide in depth analytics to measure the performance of sales teams WW including quota attainment and sales productivity reporting.
  • Drive monthly quota management process for new hires, reorganizations, and coverage changes.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • 5+ years of work experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Sales Finance
  • B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. statistics, math, operations research, engineering)
  • Power user proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint; VBA, Access, Business Objects a plus
  • Prior experience in people or project management
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail
  • Ability to apply theory to a situation and dissect the issue to either support or disprove
  • Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team

Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Experience with sales coverage models, quota setting, territory alignment
  • Experience designing and building complex models
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up-paced environment
  • Good business acumen and awareness of business trends
  • Experience working with Sales Teams a plus
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
