We are looking for a senior SaaS & Software Sales Executive that can help us grow and develop the CRM & Customer Experience business even further.

 

You will be working in a dedicated local CRM & CX team in close co-operation with international experts and thought leaders. Together with Sales Consultants, Oracle Direct (Telesales) and our Sales Partners you qill be prospecting, qualifying, presenting and selling CX SaaS & software based solutions to our biggest accounts in a dedicated industry. You will work with the Client’s senior business stakeholders and help them define their next generation of customer experience strategy within:

 

-       Sales Force Automation

-       Marketing Automation and Lead Management

-       Customer Care, Service and Support

-       Omnichannel Commerce & Configure, Price and Quote Solutions

-       Social Relation Management – marketing, monitoring and engagement

You will be part of an energetic team with a clear ambition of Sales Excellence and thought and execution leadership.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

-       Achieve quarterly sales targets by selling SaaS & software solutions into major new and existing accounts within an assigned geography.

-       Pipeline development together with sales peers through cold calling, marketing campaigns - through Social Media, physical events, Oracle Direct, partners etc.

-       Work with prospects through value based selling, reference selling and ROI analysis.

-       Engage and work with relevant stakeholders to win new business

-       Develop strong customer references with our reference team

-       Evangelize CRM & CX business benefits and strategy internally and externally

-       Be visible, energetic - Lead and evolve the Oracle CX business!

-       Deliver accurate forecast and pipeline weekly

-       Some travelling required

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Fluency in the local language and English.
  • 5+ years on-quota transactional sales experience selling B2B. Experience in selling SaaS based solutions is preferred. Experience in sales, marketing, service & support, social is an advantage.
  • Successful history of selling to net new customers
  • Proven sales to lines of business and selling to C-level
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Entrepreneurial
