Qualifications :


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibility of this position is to develop new products/releases for Tuxedo product family. The major duties include:

- Work closely with product manager and project manager and help on decision making by providing technical support, e.g. new technology investigation, solution and effort estimation, prototype

- Analyze the customer requirements and compose the functional specification for new features

- Design and implement new features for new Tuxedo products/releases

- Develop and execute unit test cases and integration test

- Work closely with QA team and fix the problems efficiently

- Review product documentation to ensure the technical correctness

- Continuously improve development process



REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of software development experience in Java based web application (in MVC architecture)

- Strong development and debugging skills on Unix/Linux/Windows platforms

- C/C++ development experience a plus

- Experience with large scale Java EE application development a plus

- Experience with Tuxedo or other middleware a plus

- Good understanding of software development process

- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English



Education: BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of education



Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.



As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.



Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
