The Ad Ops Manager plays a vital, strategic role and will assist in shaping the future of Campaign Management here at LinkedIn. You'll focus on the finding ways to enable the team to flawlessly execute their campaigns as well increase our internal net promoter score. This includes providing technical assistance, developing team members, iterating and evolving the work flows, and being the point of accountability for the local team. Additionally, you'll represent the larger org for any regional advertiser issues. Patient, smart, adaptable and dedicated, you also possess great time-management skills and the ability to multi task. Possessing a high EQ is also vital to success.

Performance Objectives:

Elevate the Overall Customer Experience
- The role of an Ad Ops Manager goes beyond the duties of supervising team members to ensure full ad delivery. At LinkedIn, Campaign Managers are expected to provide a world class sales support experience to both our internal sales teams and external clients. It is the manager’s duties to enable them to do this. In all stages of a sale, you will be expected to handle situations with grace and confidence while working closely with account management team(s) and internal departments.

Drive revenue and results
- Ad Ops Managers team members play a vital role within our advertising sales team ensuring that all campaigns, starting in the pre-sales stage all the way through a campaigns conclusion are booked accurately and in a way that meet clients objectives. Ad Ops Managers are measured on their team’s ability to flawlessly execute on campaigns while generating ideas on how to meet all booked revenue goals and ensure customer success.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years online advertising experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • BA/BS required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Superior strategic and analytics skills and ability to simply present complex topics
  • Ability to independently lead large projects and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
