Oracle is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant with proven pre-sales and business acumen selling enterprise software to become a part of Central Europe regional CRM Presales Team.

Deep experience of CRM software based solutions and relevant industry knowledge is anticipated. A technology understanding and can-do attitude are also required. The ability to work with customers and partners user and senior executive level, to understand business requirements and design solutions to meet the key needs of customers is key. Product focused on CRM covering Oracle CRM solutions with a depth of knowledge in a relevant CRM area and basic knowledge of Oracle's product portfolio

• Geography: Central Europe – Warsaw based

 • Products: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Siebel, CRM OnDemand, Oracle Sales Service and Marketing Cloud solutions, other solutions like SFDC or Microsoft

• Industries: Finance, Communications, Media and Utilities and Public is additional advantage

• Contributes to the achievement of Oracle CRM business unit revenue target.

 • An experienced Sales Consultant with proven pre-sales and business acumen selling enterprise packaged application software in complex sales cycles.

• Experience of CRM software based solutions or relevant industry knowledge is an advantage.

• A technology understanding and can-do attitude are also required.

• Fluent in English, ability to work with customers and partners across Central Europe  at an executive level, to understand business requirements and design solutions to meet the key needs of customers and prospects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively maintaining a depth of product knowledge in the designated product areas.

• Remain current on industry trends and jargon

. • Maintain awareness of all relevant competitive products.

 • Understand the needs and pains of the customer and then to link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle.

 • Educating customers and partners in Oracle products value propositions in the designated product areas. Providing buyable solutions in sales campaigns as requested.

• Building and maintaining relevant relationships with the customer during the bid process.

  • Ability to travel

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Attend customer meetings with Application Sales Reps (ASR’s) to understand customer needs. Bring customers up to date with Oracle's product offering sand value propositions.

• Design and deliver customer demonstrations to articulate, update and evangelize Oracle based technical and product solutions.

• Contribute technical and product information in response to Invitations To Tender (ITT) and Requests For Information (RFI’s)

• Run seminars and workshops for partners as required. Create, present and deliver meetings, presentations, seminars and events as required.

• Engage with product teams to maintain product knowledge

• Represent Oracle at marketing events as required.

• Act as a technical/solution contact for customers in the designated area.
