We are looking for a talent adviser for a 12 month contract opportunity

Role Deliverables:
  • Full life cycle recruiting for all functional areas within LinkedIn Australia and beyond
  • Building strong, client-focused relationships with LinkedIn’s key business leaders and hiring managers
  • Sourcing for key talent through LinkedIn Recruiter tool
  • The candidate screening, interview & offer process, communicating with candidates throughout the process; ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience
  • Talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities at LinkedIn
  • Accurate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Various on-boarding, development or rotational programs in execution of various program components
  • Recommendations for recruitment strategy and the use of LinkedIn products and tools to assist in attracting key talent for your searches
  • Leading projects and HR initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years recruiting experience within a fast paced organization
  • Significant experience of direct sourcing, ideally in the LinkedIn Recruiter Tool
  • A strong client focused and sales oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of the web talent market / space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidates
  • Knowledge of online and social media
  • Experience in and understanding of the Australia high tech market
  • Strong professional experience & network in Australia
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Strong business acumen and competitive market awareness
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels is essential.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Currently located in Australia
