REPORTS TO - Applications Sales Consulting (Presales) Snr Director – ASEAN

 

 

KEY OBJECTIVE

 

Lead a team of HCM Solution Consultants (Presales) to support the HCM Cloud business across ASEAN.

 

Working closely with the HCM Sales Leader (ASEAN), execute the HCM Business plan (including the strategic initiatives)  successfully.

 

Support the business development activities, e.g. industry and marketing events to develop pipeline together with the HCM strategy team.

 

Working closely with the Channels team, support the partner development activities for HCM across the region.

 

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 As HCM Presales Manager, this role is responsible for the following:

 

• Leadership and People Management :

*         Lead a team of 10-12 HCM Sales Consultant across the ASEAN region

*         Coach and guide the team to deliver high quality HCM solutions to our customers

 

• Support the HCM business through :
  • Supporting the business plans together with the ASEAN HCM - GM  
  • Supporting and managing opportunities and account plans, battle plans for the key accounts/opportunities.
  • Participating  in business development, demand generation and marketing activities as outlined in the HCM Business Plan
  • Support in executing the strategic initiatives (local or APAC) together with the ASEAN HCM – GM.
• Managing Partners and Relationships
  • Identifying the appropriate partners to support the HCM business together with the HCM GM and the Channels GM for ASEAN.
  • Support the Partner enablement and training activities, as required.
