Sales Programs Manager - Technology (1 Year Contract)

The Technology Sales Program Manager will lead and drive the successful execution of programs and activities to meet the revenue and pipeline goals of the Investment Accounts UK Market. The successful candidate will personally define and implement the Demand Generation plan for this market with a specific focus on channel partner activity.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a consolidated demand generation plan for UK & Ireland Investment Accounts division to meet defined pipeline creation and revenue targets, taking into account both regional and strategic product priorities
- Develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns for and with the partners in conjunction with the Alliance and Channel manager and the Sales Manager.
- Liaise with partners and take ownership for successful creation, execution, monitoring and reporting on Direct Marketing campaigns promoting partner´s solution, build on Oracle technology
- Driving the sales campaign and demand generation activity planning process, involving key senior stakeholders from business development, product strategy, marketing, alliance and channels and sales management
- Manage, co-ordinate and drive the engagement of inside sales teams and Oracle partners in relevant campaigns via consolidated planning, ongoing and clear communication with sales teams and individuals.
- Activities may include: co-ordination of all contributors to campaign creation and execution; delivering campaign briefings, continuous improvement in contact segmentation and campaign content, reporting on results of campaigns and success stories, assessing campaign effectiveness, recommending areas of improvement and innovation
- Review and plan demand generation in accordance with the Oracle Direct product strategy and in line with business gaps and needs.
- Promoting best use of demand generation tools within sales teams, and sharing of demand generation best practice between teams and countries.
- Working together and aligning with other demand generation groups and roles, to communicate inside sales demand generation activities and jointly coordinate all planned demand generation activites.
- Working with Marketing teams to drive the sales aspect of join sales & marketing campaigns.
