Job Description

Looking for an Experienced Business Develper that has experience with Direct Hire placements. This position will run a full desk. SNI offers a competitive base pay plus one of the best commission structures in the industry. You must posses a competitive nature. 

  • Proactively identify top level technical talent through aggressive sourcing.
  • Recruitment of Information technology professionals for direct hire
  • New-client development via cold calls, warm calls, and actively marketing top candidates.
  • Actively target accounts and develop client relationships.
  • Exceed minimum standards and increase sales.
  • Recruiting and maintaining a substantial database of technology professionals.
  • Screening and interviewing applicants while evaluating candidates’ strengths compared with technical requirements.
  • Finding active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods, social networking.
  • Building and fostering relationships with active and passive candidates.
