As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process. You’ll be responsible for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. By providing great customer service and smoothly managing all the details, you’ll contribute to the overall success of the Staffing team.



Our Staffing Services team owns the front line of recruiting for Google. Whether expertly taking care of our candidates’ many scheduling needs, quickly and attentively reviewing our incoming applicants’ resumes and profiles or making sure our job postings reflect Google the world over, our Recruiting Coordinators bring the magic to every transaction. You have an intense eye for detail, intrinsic motivation to deliver the best experience to anyone you interact with and superb customer service. Googlers are passionate about data and Recruiting Coordinators are no exception, we are adept at solving problems and making data driven decisions, then communicating those decisions accordingly - all while working at phenomenal scale.



Responsibilities


  • Partner with staffing clients to define the criteria you need to perform your role, whether it’s the qualifications and attributes required to zero in on top talent at resume review or critical information pertinent to the many complex scheduling requests every day.

  • Deliver Google-quality interactions and service to our candidates and Googlers, every time.

  • Develop and drive effective feedback loops with clients to increasingly refine and calibrate service.

  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and team members to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitate effective Staffing Services processes.

  • Focus on continuous improvement by solving problems and producing solutions. Offer suggestions, new ideas or alternatives to improve or modify work processes.




Minimum qualifications


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.




Preferred qualifications


  • Proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, work with a high sense of urgency and build strong, productive relationships.

  • Familiarity with office productivity tools, web-based recruiting technologies and Google Apps.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to independently exercise good judgment.

  • Passion for the recruiting industry and a sincere desire to expand your exposure to this field.

  • Enthusiasm to contribute to a high performing team environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
