About the Position

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of Salesforce Marketing Cloud's key customers. You will be responsible for working with the product teams across the Marketing Cloud to influence the roadmaps and product's designs on the customer's behalf. You will also be responsible for working directly with the customers and their respective services teams in realizing the full potential of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You will also work closely with the Sales and Product Marketing teams to help propel these key customers to be references at events with other prospects.



Responsibilities

•Work with customers, sales teams, and services teams to identify product use cases and drive key

enahncements and requirements

•Participate in release planning process to determine contents of each release and communicate with customers

•Participate in cross-functional product lines team chartered with:

oWriting the functional requirements

oCreating prototypes for usability testing

•Working with the development, documentation, and software quality assurance teams

through delivery of respective features

•Work collaboratively with product and corporate marketing teams to develop marketing

plans, positioning, core messaging, presentations, demos and sales tools to support the launch of new products with customers

•Work with industry analysts and product reviewers to articulate the value proposition

and differentiators in the offering

•Participate in customer-facing events and user conferences as a product expert



Requirements

•BA/BS required

•4-8 years product management experience on enterprise applications and integrated solutions

•Experience with implementations of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus

•Experience in on-demand and/or marketing applications a plus

•Proven history of delivering software products with visual design and engineering teams

•Experience with Agile methodologies such as User Centered Design, Lean Startup, XP, or Scrum

•Self-starter, broad thinker, strategic planner, analytical skills

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
