Job



New Hires: Metrics & Training - Manage the development, globalization and training of Provisioning and TechForce techs

1. Automation of metrics for provisioning on Day 1 for New Hires - All global data around New Hires is manually compiled including extension mobility and laptop in hand on Day 1

2. Process Improvements - New Hire Provisioning is a continuously evolving service. Processes require updating to adapt to changes in business needs and volumes.

3. Training - Centralized documentation for all new hire provisioning information. This is something that has been greatly needed and is a big focus of Cal's for the coming year.

4. Globalization - Understanding the specific needs of the global techs working new hires and their regional challenges to help them integrate and implement our New Hire processes.

5. Business Analysis - Representing ITAM and Provisioning in the development of system enhancements as they pertain to the New Hire process, i.e. The New Hire Wizard.



IT Provisioning - Manage general provisioning processes and policies:

1. Business Analysis - Point of contact for the metrics for all global provisioning. Interpreting and presenting data; Conduct weekly status meetings to review stats, target goals, and SLAs with both Internal (Salesforce) and Vendor Provisioning teams.

2. Documentation - All of IT Provisioning is in need of an documentation overhaul. Training materials for provisioning techs needs to be centralized and publicized within the department. Work to with provisioning to develop and set guild lines for update of documentation.

3. Improvements and Automation - Work on automation to improve supportforce functionality for provisioning processes. There have been many ideas and attempts to add features that would make asset assignments a more consistent process.

4. Audit - Work with provisioning offices to schedule audits. Develop reporting and process methodology to check data continuity on a smaller more frequent basis.

5. Hiring - Work with the Managed Services Vendor in screening and hiring the resources in the Provisioning space



Marketing Cloud (ET) Integration

1. Work on integration of provisioning process for Marketing Cloud group - short and long-term planning

2. Provisioning Process documentation and Operations strategy for all M & A groups
